  Please include all of the following in your abstract submission:

  Conditions of Acceptance
 
Authors are expected to secure funding for registration fees, travel, and accommodations, independent of IRFD.
Only original material should be submitted.
Government and company clearance to present and publish should be final at the time of submittal. Authors are required to warrant to IRFD in advance of publication of the Proceedings that all necessary permissions and clearances have been obtained, and that submitting authors are authorized to transfer copyright of the paper to IRFD, or grant license to print in the proceedings.
If the paper has been previously published elsewhere and copyright is not in author's possession, it is the responsibility of the author(s) to obtain reprinting permission from the publishers and pay any fees involved. Without obtaining copyright, license to print or reprinting permission, IRFD cannot accept papers for presentation in its World Forums.
Authors shall sign an agreement with IRFD prior to the submission of the final paper indicating either transfer of copyright, license to print or reprinting permission.
   
  Review, Notification, Program Placement
To ensure a high-quality conference, all abstracts and Proceedings manuscripts will be reviewed by the World Forum Secretariat/Editor for technical merit and suitability of content. World Forum Secretariat/Editors may require manuscript revision before approving publication, and reserve the right to reject for presentation or publication any paper that does not meet content or presentation expectations.
Applicants will be notified of abstract acceptance by e-mail within 72 hours of receipt (excluding US holidays and Sundays). Abstracts and bios will be posted to the appropriate area on the IRFD website.
